As long the parcel is not shipped it is possible to change it, but don't wait too long as we need to have this information asap. In case the parcel is already processed we can't change the address anymore.
When the parcel is already shipped it is not possible to change your address. Couriers only allow minor changes (like house numbers) but not complete new addresses. We are very sorry for that. If the parcel can't be delivered to your house (or business) address the parcel will be send back to us. In case this happens we will re-check with you where we can send it to.
Yes we do! As we are based (and ship from) the Netherlands we do need to follow instructions set by the Dutch Government. At this point the Netherlands is not in a complete lock down and we are still able to ship.

Shipments to PostNL locations in Belgium.
New measures taken by the Belgian government mean that part of the PostNL locations in Belgium are closed. This means that some of the shipments cannot be delivered.
We send all our packages in neutral boxes.
